Audition Call - Rite of Spring Workshop

Calling all Dancers! 

The Yale Dance Lab will hold an audition on Tuesday, February 8 from 4-6 pm for a spring 2022 choreography workshop. 

The production will be co-choreographed by Emily Coates and Lacina Coulibaly and is the beginning of a new partnership with the Yale Symphony Orchestra that will culminate in an original production of The Rite of Spring in 2023.

The audition will be held at Broadway Rehearsal Loft, 294 Elm Street, Room 303.

Spring workshop rehearsals will take place Tuesdays 4:00 – 6:00 pm from February 15 – March 15.  

Full attendance is required. 

A public showing will be held in early March, pending the university’s COVID policies.

The project is open to students in Yale College and graduate programs. **Students who are graduating this spring (and thus not on campus next year) may still participate this year in the workshop.**
